Here is some good news for ‘Navarathri’ – the state festival of Dasara. At the inauguration of Dasara festivities in Mysore KFCC President B Vijayakumar silently got sweet news for KFI.
From the existing 75 films subsidy to quality Kannada films he has got the nod from Karnataka chief minister Jagdish Shettar for 100 films. This is the first win of B Vijayakumar in less than 15 days of occupying the KFCC President chair.
The man at the helm at the 100 years of Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation and at the 100 years of Indian cinema and 78 years of Kannada cinema B Vijayakumar is no doubt a go getter.
He was the chief guest at the audio release of ‘Guru’ – his party colleague Jaggesh son film. He wished good success for Jaggesh, his son Guru and Smt Parimala Jaggesh.
